This may be off-topic, but I think of SCO Unix as competition for
Linux, and I like to keep an eye on the competition.
Good money is on Solaris running on IA64 very early on as well.
Dig into the Sun news flashes and look for something talking about
Compaq and Scott McNealy shaking hands on "64-bit OS technology for
Compaq intel based machines" or something like this...
