I have made a new fs called uvfat. Long filenames are now passed on to the
vfat module. There is no dependence on msdos. Only vfat and fat. Plus
umssync will work with uvfat.

Not too bad for three days work. BTW, this was developed on 2.0.31. No
patch available yet. I want to see it I can get it working for 2.0.30 and
2.1.60.
