"Ugh" error in 2.1.62

While doing a compile using "dmake -P3" on a project I first lost the use
of the virtual consoles. I was able to use the one I was in, but could
not switch back and forth. The computer froze and I got several of the
following messages:

"lock from interrupt context at c00110c08"

and the last message was, and I quote:
"ugh at c0110c25"

What in the world is this? :)
