This specific one, in my experience, happens when kmalloc fails on the 4k
(one page) kernel stack. I saw it a _lot_ when I switched to a two-page
kernel stack. Sometimes locking it in a loop with get_free_pages (or
whatever it was) for a while would help, but it wouldn't do the trick all
the time, pretty disappointing, eh?
