There's a bug in the new softoss code that prevents it from compiling on
my system (and probably every other system running glibc 2.x).
softoss.c tries to include the file <sys/ultrasound.h> (ok for libc 5)
rather than <linux/ultrasound.h> (included in Linux, ok for libc 5 and 6).
