Are you tired of changing one config option and watching the whole
kernel recompile?

The core of it is a smarter mkdep.c that implements fine-grained
CONFIG_* dependencies. There are some other nice bits too.
No global Makefile or source changes are needed.
This patch is based on an earlier patch by Werner Almesberger.
Try it out and do let me know what you think.
