I think there is a bug in kernel 2.1.65 concerning the timers of the
ax25 protokoll.
Under version 2.1.64 the following command worked well:
echo 5 > /proc/sys/net/ax25/sm0/t1_timeout
Under 2.1.65, every value puts the timers to 0.
