Hedon,

Your post is off-topic. However, I will give you a hint on what you
need to do.

Livingston DOES NOT OFFICIALLY support Linux, nor do they offer binaries
in the DEC/Alpha format.

What you need to do (more or less) is:

Download the source code for RADIUS 2.0
Compile it yourself on your DEC Alpha
Install the binary (radiusd) in /etc

This should work for your situation. It is also possible that the
source code is on the CD-ROM, but since I don't have one I don't know.

In the future, please don't ask questions of this list that aren't
related to the Linux kernel itself. For example, problems with the
kernel support for hardware, panics, oops'es, Ugh's, etc. may be
appropriate, questions about software and application installation is
not.
