2.1.74 almost ok.

I've successfully compiled 2.1.74, but I notice that the reboot
process does not complete. Is remains stuck after saying "Rebooting",
it doesn't get to say "restarting system".

On a different topic, I downloaded ppp-2.3.2 from cs.anu.edu.au but it
does not untar, maybe the file is corrupted. Where do I find another
copy?
