This isnt a card I know but with the current 2.1.x modular sound it would be

Probably a "microsoft sound system" compatible. Look see if it has
a CS4232 or an AD1848 on it. If so (and maybe anyway) try soft booting
from windows95 into Linux and loading the sound driver set up for
microsoft sound system, opl3 and mpu401
