I built xkdebug-2.1.55 from xkdebug-1.3.30. AFAIK there was nothing in
between. You might be able to convert 1.3.30 to 2.0.x, 1.3.30 can be
got from http://www.isi.edu/~johnh/SOFTWARE/XKDEBUG/index.html.
Latest version ftp://ftp.ocs.com.au/pub/patch-ktrace-memleak-xkdebug-2.1.76.gz.
