ipmasqadm + glibc2 = mess

I recently downloaded ipmasqadm-0.1.5, and tried to compile it on a RedHat
5 system with kernel 2.1.78. Anyway, RedHat 5 uses glibc 2.0.5, which
causes ipmasqadm to not build. I managed to hack the source to get it to
build, but I havn't made any diffs as what I came up with is very ugly.
(Hacking kernel headers and glibc headers to remove conflicts is not a
good solution.)

Seeming as linux is taking the glibc route anyway, maybe these tools
should be updated "The Right Way TM"

Anyway, that's my $2,000,000 worth.. :)
