net_bh OOPS in 2.0.33

I haven't had time to track this down too far yet, maybe I will later this
week, but I thought I'd give everyone a heads up and see if anyone else has
any ideas...

The box is running 2.0.33, and sees a fair amount of network activity. The
logs recorded three of these OOPSes before the machine finally died...yum yum.

Any thoughts?
