2.1.80 SMP (partial success)

With the patch Ingo supplied and disabling my aic7xxx scsi support I
can get 2.1.80 running on my SMP machine.
It took quite a few attempts to get it working though.

If anyone can figure out why the scsi hangs and wants someone to test patches,
I'm happy to help.

It is however at least running. And it hasn't crashed yet.
