The FTP site I have the modular loop device driver patch
on (fractal.mta.ca) is unaccessible to _me_ temporarily.
[You can still download the old patch if you want.]

The machine is being replaced, and a mirror has been set up
with the site name as an alias.

Until the new machine is in place, I can't upload the latest
patch I have.

I'll make an announcement when the new patch is available on
the new-and-improved FTP server.
