ftp://ftp.ocs.com.au/pub/patch-ikd-2.1.81.gz contains the latest
integrated kernel debugging patch. I would appreciate feedback on this
patch, especially from Alpha users.

NOTE: This is not against stock 2.1.81, it is against 2.1.81 + patches
to fix SMP/UP problems. See the kernel list for the earlier patches or
ftp://mullet.levels.unisa.edu.au/pub/linux/kernel/linux-2.1.81.diff.gz.
