new /proc/pci stuff

What it is all about ?
What do I need to read the data ?

[root@manjak /root]# cat /proc/pci
cat: /proc/pci: Bad file descriptor

[root@manjak /root]# grep PCI /usr/src/linux/.config
CONFIG_PCI=y
CONFIG_PCI_BIOS=y
CONFIG_PCI_DIRECT=y
CONFIG_PCI_OPTIMIZE=y
# CONFIG_PCI_OLD_PROC is not set
CONFIG_BLK_DEV_IDEPCI=y
