[2.1.84] ``unregister_proc_table: ??? not empty!'' still there!

Hi,
The ``unregister_proc_table: ??? not empty!'' messages are still there in
linux-2.1.84. I've traced the messages (through a lot of printks) to the
``unregister_sysctl_table'' in ``neigh_sysctl_unregister''
(net/core/neighbour.c, line 1287).

Hope this helps someone who knows that part of the code.
