NCPFS time probs after glibc update?

Hello,

I'm mounting a Netware volume to my Linux box. The file time stamps are
usually OK, but lately, I have noticed that Linux adds one hour to the time
stamps - compared to the Netware server.

I think that I have double checked Linux' and Netware's TZ settings and
time settings.

I may be wrong, but to me it seems that the odd behaviour has happened
after a glibc2 update (one of the several glibc2 updates that RedHat has
provided for RH 5.0). Could this hold some logic? Could a change in glibc's
time zone handling have broken the TZ code in /usr/src/linux/fs/ncpfs/dir.c ?
