Fat32 is in all the recent 2.1 kernels
(ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.1) (2.1.85 seems to be
relatively stable if you don't need SMP).

If you need fat32 on a 2.0.x kernel, get the patches from
http://www-plateau.cs.berkeley.edu/people/chaffee/joliet.html
