I connect to the network via modem and ppp. After installing 2.1.85, I
can no longer do this. The modem connects just fine (via pppd chat
script), but the network is unreachable. The log file message from
ioctl(SIOCADDRT) says "network down." Same thing when I try to do a
manual route command. Any suggestions?
