These lists are NOT moderated. It was enough that the bozo
sent email to LISTNAME@vger.rutgers.edu, and it got into
the lists. In this case the anti-relay-hijack facilities
do not help.

Good question. Usually SPAMmers AVOID .EDU addresses, but
on the other hand, these are not secret lists in any way.
