Did you find the CONFIG_NFSD comment in Documentation/Configure.help
pointing to ftp://ftp.mathematik.th-darmstadt.de/pub/linux/okir/?

If not, you should have a look at these tools first. In short, you
have to configure knfsd (e.g. exporting filesystems etc) from
userspace.
