2.1.87-pre1 works great: PPro. egcs, SB, /proc/mtrr, ppp, quakeI&II

Hi I just compiled 2.1.87-pre1 with egcs 90/01/22, using "-O9
-mpentiumpro". It is still giving those warnings that egcs always
gives, but otherwise the compilation went flawlessly. Everything tests
out: SB audio works both with the IDE CD drive, and with mp3 files. The
/proc/mtrr patch still applies and works without any intervention,
though it uses some fuzz and offsets I think.
On those lines, quake & quakeII (well, actually q2test) work fine, as
does ppp (using an old diald that still uses "obsolete
(AF_INET,SOCK_PACKET)").

Also, for any who might be interested, I'm using glibc 2.07 -pre1
without any problems too :)

May all continue to go this well!
