This is not reproduceable for me (tried hard several times). System is: Tyan
Tomcat II Dual with 2* P100, running kernel version 2.1.86 compiled with SMP
support. I'm using the aic7xxx driver, only SCSI-disks and a cd-rom are
connected, this means: no IDE disks, no NFS-mounts. Sound is played via a
Soundblaster AWE32. Everything works perfectly :-)
