As i looked behind the linux-kernel -archives i noticed that you had
similar problems to mine. Anyway, you said you were running find to
produce the problem, was there difference between running it in X or in
console? I think my problem occurs when X is updating screen a lot, and
the mpg123 is playing music. Only ls -lR simultaneosly won't do any harm
if running on virtual terminal.
P.S: System was perfectly stable with 2.0.x kernels in same situations.
