bad sectors problem

Hi,

I've just found a bug in the kernel, probably in
the block device or fs usage counting.

I have a 2x630MB MO disk with some bad clusters on
it. When I mount it as MSDOS (yes, it's a DOS disk)
I can read and write files, but on some files the
kernel Oopses and kills the cp program.

Nothing weird so far, but... The usage count of the
FS will stay up, and the device can't be unmounted.

This means that I have to reboot every time I encounter
a faulty disk :-( damn damn damn...

So, does anybody know to happen what pieces of code
need to be repaired?

Rik.
