Apologies for the off-topic post, but this list is full of people who
might want to know this (not to mention that it was Linus' example that
started it all...)

Netscape's "Source Code HQ" is open for business. See
http://www.mozilla.org

The source will be released March 31, 1998.

First thing to do is get a version of Netscape for Linux that actually
works (like handling signals correctly, oh, and not crashing :)...
