prepatch-2.1.89-4 - please export these symbols

These symbols should be exported.
__cpu_logical_map
smp_num_cpus
required by hisax (isdn) to compile as a module. Used in inlined
function
kstat_irqs.

io_request_lock
Needed to compile scsi disk and scsi cdrom as modules.

Patches were already submitted for previous kernels but ignored. Is
there
a reason NOT to export these symbols?
