3c515 driver for 2.1 kernels?

I'm looking for a 3COM 3c515 driver for the 2.1 kernel series.
I got a driver for this network card from Donald Beckers home page but
I can't compile it under 2.1.89.
BTW: Is there any chance that this driver is included into the standard
kernel distribution?
