there's a reproducible bug in 2.1.89:
After loading arcnet.o and com90xx.o as module,
executing
"ifconfig arc0 192.168.1.1 up"
leads to an Oops:
"page fault from irq handler: 0002
process swapper (pid=0, process nr: 0, stackpage: c0107000)"
(The parameters for com900xx were: "irq=7, io=0x2e0, shmem=0d000")
This OOps happens in all kernels from at least 2.1.85 on. I didn't test
it with other kernels, but in 2.0.33, where there was just the arcnet
driver, everything went fine.
