Nope. There is 2 megs of Xserver to have bugs in. If anything of this
crashes hard (the server dies), the machine is in an unusable state. The
driver (whether in kernel or in Xserver) is just a .small. bit of this.

By moving the driver part off to kernel, all the crashes that are not
directly driver related would mean only Xserver shutting down and restoring
back to text mode (the restore would be done by kernel).
