devfs patch v22 available

Hi, all. Version 22 of my devfs patch is now available from:
http://www.atnf.csiro.au/~rgooch/kernel-patches.html

This is against 2.1.91. Sorry about this, I had hoped v21 would be the
last one before I submit to Linus, but I missed the SCSI host
numbering patch when I made v21.
So, once again, could people please test this.

Highlights of this release:

- SCSI host number patch ("scsihosts=" kernel option)
