The DOSemu people have the core code for software 386 emulation. They need
more help in making that able to emulate the full Windows 95 and then into
turning at least parts of it into a JIT compiler.
Even better would be for someone to take AMD and Cyrix collective heads
and bang them together until they add a flag to allow proper x86 x>=3
virtualisation in hardware.
