Best Kernel for the following

I am looking for the best kernel (most stable) with the following support:

SMP (for two 200Mhz MMX cpus)
AWE 64
Matrox Mill II
Tyan Board
SCSI 2940 UW (complete system is SCSI)
Intel 10/100 Pro PCI network adapter
WinNT Long Filename Support
VFAT
NTFS (read only)
PPP
128 MB ram

Also, not terribly important, but may be needing ISDN support in the future
