2.1.pre92-1: SC_ENABLE_IP

The first pre-patch for 2.1.92 removes the macro definition for
SC_ENABLE_IP in if_ppp.h. The file linux/drivers/isdn/isdn_ppp.c needs this
definition. Could the person who removed the original definition please make
an appropriate fix for this (I could just patch it back in, but I presume that
there is some good reason for removing it).

If anyone needs ISDN in this pre-patch then they can add the following line
to linux/drivers/isdn/isdn_ppp.c: #define SC_ENABLE_IP 0x00000100 /* IP
packets may be exchanged */
