That interface exists btw. So its not quite 'invent'. Linus got the base stuff
for 2.1.94 including Gerd's code for the on board radio on the Win/TV cards.
I'd like to get the other two radio drivers in or updated still. As to if
Linus will accept them I don't know. I guess he does have lines to draw
somewhere 8)

I will take a look this weekend
