scsi tape problem

Good morning everyone,
I've been having a problem with my DAT driver since upgrading to 2.1.95.
It's a WangDAT 3100 2gig drive. I can read tapes with it but when I try
to write it dies with sense errors. I've got an aic7xxx card. It's an
Adaptec 2940U. I saved the error, but like a bonehead deleted it when I
mailed it to my work account. I'll send it this evening if needed.
