IPmasq 2.1.XX

Does anyone out there know of any documents covering IP
Masquerading for 2.1.XX (2.1.95), or can someone out there point me in the
right direction? The IP-Masquerading HOWTO does NOT cover how to get it
working under 2.1 kernels, only 2.0 kernels. I recently went with 2.1.X
because if its driver support (I won't say what for =) but never the less
since I upgraded IPmasq no longer works.

I have enabled the following options in my 2.1 kernel

IP Aliasing
IP Always Defragment
IP Firewall
IP Forwarding
IP Masquerading
IP Multicasting
