Verify

1. If it contains a copy of LOADLIN (or LOADBE or whatever they have
called it). Strings it for similar strings

2. Strings the kernel image loaded by BELO(ie LILO) and compare
it with a strings of the Linux kernel. You should see some early
messages matching where they have used the Linux bootstrap code
to uncompress and jump into BeOS (at the moment it seems that
beyond that point BeOS is itself not borrowed)

3. Talk to the Gimp people. There is an issue with gimp modules
being supplied with source but linked to a wrapper library
that has no source and is in violation of the GPL therefore
