This is against 2.1.95. I haven't made a 2.1.96 version yet. If it
doesn't patch against 2.1.96, you'll have to back off to .95 to use it.
Sorry about that.
I rewrote Makefile from scratch and deleted a lot of redundant stuff
in Defines and local.h.master.
I've done some testing on it myself but not enough to put it in my
regular patch directory. I'm very interested in bug reports. Even if
it doesn't work, it's easier to read.
