2.1.96 PCI: Bogus IRQ for device 00:48 [pin=1]

When I compile the 2.1.96 as a SMP kernel, even if I run it on an UP, the
kernel boots fine and the system runs OK. However, when I comment out the
"SMP=1" in the top Makefile, the machine boots fine but I get this:

PCI: Bogus IRQ for device 00:48 [pin=1], please report to <mj@ucw.cz>

And still 2.1.96 runs OK.
