Close, but no see-gar. (Don't feel bad. It took me quite a while to figure
out.)

Somewhere in the 2.1.9x series, for reasons incomprehensible to me,
/proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forwarding became /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward. Of
course, this breaks everyone's setup script for ip forwarding. Deleting
"ing" from one's script makes everything hunky-dory.
