Initio appear to provide their driver as a binary library + other code
as a Linux module (all in accordance with the license). However since
you cant rebuild the library I suspect you are screwed.

If you choose to use vendors who provide binary modules you have to accept
you aren't going to be able to get instant updates and the vendor can't
reasonably be expected to support every random development patch for you

You chose to take the gamble that initio would always have a driver for you
for the moment you lost.
