Dentry cache documenation

Hi, all. I note there isn't any documentation in
Documentation/... which describes the dentry cache and how it
interacts with the rest of the VFS. Yeah, I know that you can work it
out from the source, but I'd like to make it a bit easier for
people.

Before I go ahead and write something, I'd like to check that there
isn't someone else who has started work on this. If not, I'll write a
first draft and send it off to the list for comments/corrections.
