[pre-2.1.99-1] kmod: waitpid(479,NULL,0) failed, returning , -512.

Hi,
I get the warning shown in subj. when kmod loads the lp driver module (and
parport modules) in pre-2.1.99-1. This is the output from 'dmesg':

parport0: PC-style at 0x378 [SPP,PS2,EPP]
kmod: waitpid(479,NULL,0) failed, returning -512.
lp0: using parport0 (polling).
parport0: Printer, HEWLETT-PACKARD DESKJET 600

(479 is the pid number and changes for each time the modules get loaded.)
