2.0.33 pre4 routing stranges

Dear Sir,

I have many cisco routers in network , each use eigp ( I know very little
about it ) routing protocols . I found the problem that there are some machine
on other network that can not be seen from my machine even if they can talk
together all the time. This problem occur randomly that i can not identify why?
Nothing change when the problem occur . I can connect to any other machine on
that network except that one when the problem occur. This problem is not specific
to only the same machine . The way i use to by pass this problem is adding routing
to the appropiate router instead of only a default route.

my network ( I suppress the real ip for some reasons )
xxx.xxx.xxx.0 - xxx.xxx.xxx.254
machine A xxx.xxx.xxx.1
machine B xxx.xxx.xxx.2
router A xxx.xxx.xxx.254 connect to xxx.xxx.yyy.0 has Machine C at .1 D at .2 , gw 254
router B xxx.xxx.xxx.253 connect to xxx.xxx.zzz.0 has Machine E at .1 F at .2 , gw 254

>From this routing table I can connect to any host ...
Untill there is some problem that cause me can not connect to Machine C but i still can
connect to Machine D on the same network of C . And Machine C can not connect to A too.
When I traceroute from A I found that they is not connect to any router .. Then I add
route in A like
route add -net xxx.xxx.yyy.0 gw xxx.xxx.xxx.253
The problem disappear..

I am not sure that this kernel relate or not but i don't know how to really fix this...
because i have more than two routers then if I want to eliminate by add routing , i have
to add routing to every network that relate to every router ... Arggg...

Any help will be very appreciate ...
