It freezes when I try to mount a iso9660 filesystem (file) to a
loopback device. (I thought it might be a bad filesystem, but
I wrote it to a CD and it is fine.)
And I got it to freeze doing a `dd if=/dev/hda > /dev/null' where
/dev/hda is an IDE CDROM drive. (I was not root, and it was not
immediate nor am I positive that this is what killed it.)
This is on a twin 686 300, with redhat 5.0
