ISDN in latest kernel releases

This is mainly a problem with documentation. Upgrading
to the later 2.1.x kernels and ISDN stops working. I guess
I need to upgrade isdn4k-utils but the docs point me at the
wrong place.

I'm trying the latest from ftp.suse.com and hope this will work
for me.
