I am trying to compile the stock 2.0.33 kernels on RH-4.1 for SPARC
machines. When I try to use menuconfig to set things up I get the
following messages on stderr:

scripts/Menuconfig: ./MCmenu2: line 25: syntax error: unexpected end of file
scripts/Menuconfig: ./MCmenu4: line 30: syntax error: unexpected end of file
scripts/Menuconfig: syntax error near unexpected token `fi'
scripts/Menuconfig: ./MCmenu5: line 6: `fi'
scripts/Menuconfig: ./MCmenu8: line 9: syntax error: unexpected end of file
scripts/Menuconfig: MCmenu2: command not found
make: *** [menuconfig] Error 1

I will be happy to answer questions if you have any.
